Flamingo is the brainchild of the Meisler family, which came into life when the family searched for a fashion brand for their children. Flamingo was designed in a style that speaks to children from newborns to 14 year olds, delighting parents as well as children, the brand enables complete freedom in dress- through the belief that true style has no rules, and when there are no rules, everything goes, everything matches, everything is right- simply because we decide it is so. This allows for the freedom to mix and match colors and textures, wear a cut up t-shirt with a tutu skirt, mix denim and sequin, camouflage with red and pink, stars and stripes, plaid and flowers. Flamingo’s 2017 spring summer collection sprung out of the madness which is the Burning Man Festival, held each year in north Nevada, USA. Thousands attend the yearly festival, celebrating life in a relaxed setting, full of joy and of unexpected, exciting combinations: Rock and roll with a touch of the psychedelic, the desert coexisting with the urban, modernism versus Victorian steampunk and above all - a meeting place for reality and imagination. The diversity of the festival's attendees, the creativity and the atmosphere of absolute freedom to create, express oneself, and of course- the festival's fashion, all ignited the imagination of Flamingo’s designers - one of the topmost leading and beloved Israeli fashion brands for children - to create a new summer collection. Inspired by the festival, the collection stems from those unconventional combinations. Everyday street style meets super glam, which results in a collection that mixes metallics, lurex, leopard prints, sequins and foil prints with the casual camouflage, denim, mesh, bandana prints and tie dye. Thus, the collection consists of denim pants with sequin patches, shorts with a metallic shine beside a light chiffon dress with camouflage print which can also be found on a denim pinafore dress. A swing dress with bandana print and a matching set of metallic camouflage tank top and shorts completes the look, and the collection is capped off with metallic one piece bathing suits in tones of gold and silver. Flamingo's babies have gotten special attention as well: onesies, shorts, dresses with matching underwear to dress over the diaper with tie dye, bandana prints and indigo patterns, and the rising star - a leopard onesie with peplum skirt. The shoe department has also been uncompromisingly attended to: shoes and sandals were designed with a child's maximal comfort and accessibility in mind. Laces, velcro and zippers make putting the shoes on and off easy and simple. Manufactured from high-end materials, the shoes are not only as comfortable and soft as possible - but they are fashionable as well. The 2017 spring summer collection serves as gateway for children to the colorful carefree festival world, in an atmosphere which is wholly dedicated to fashion and style - of the highest quality.

c) for transfer pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR there is a legal obligation

d) this is legally permissible and according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR is required for the settlement of contractual relationships with you.

5. Storage duration and deletion

We retain all personal information you provide to us only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which such information was transmitted, or as required by law. With fulfillment of the purpose and / or expiration of the legal storage periods, the data will be deleted or blocked by us.

6. SSL encryption

This web site uses for the sake of security and to protect the transmission of confidential content, e.g. the requests you send to us as a website operator, an SSL encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by changing the address line of the browser from "http: //" to "https: //" and the lock symbol in your browser line. 7. Collection and storage of personal data as well as their nature and purpose of use

When visiting the website When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information will be collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

Contact form / E-mail contact

We provide you with a form on our website, so that you have the opportunity to contact us at any time. To use the contact form, you must provide a personal address name and a valid email address to contact us so that we know who the request came from and can handle it. If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details will be included in the inquiry form including your contact details as well as your IP address acc. Restriction of processing

In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, you may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data for one of the following reasons: You deny the accuracy of your personal information.
